a dining terrace with panoramic views overlooking 20 miles of the Morvan Park, a private walled garden and a 4 x 9 metre swimming pool.

It lies on the edge of the friendly and utterly charming village of St. Leger Vauban which has a bar, shops, a museum and art gallery. It regularly holds, along with all the neighbouring villages in the Morvan, Vide Greniers, fairs and festivals and is situated perfectly for escaping into the Morvan National Park or exploring Burgundys many treasures.

Located just 5 hours drive from Calais in the heart of Burgundy, french wine country, it provides a prime location for all kinds of holidays. Within 40 minutes drive are the historic towns and villages of Baune, Chablis, Epoisses and Dijon which are all world famous for their cheeses, wines and mustards.
There are counltess lakes and fantastic rivers providing kayaking, fishing, water skiing, and boating all within a very short drive. The area is also popular with cyclists and walkers looking for picturesque trips though forests, hamlets and around the lakes. There's also the opportunity locally to try out paintballing, tree climbing, quad biking and go karting at some of the finest activity centres in Burgundy.
